Should the Client have any complaint or otherwise wish to contact CICC HKAM, the Client could contact CICC HKAM via the following means:

We expect to issue an acknowledgment upon seven days of the day of receipt of a complaint and a final response within two months, but the time needed for processing may vary depending on the nature and circumstances of the complaints.
